Super Slaw Layer the following 5 ingredients in a 9X12 dish or pan: One 16 oz. package slaw mix (angel hair is best) Two pkgs. Ramen Beef Noodles (you can use chicken or oriental) One bunch green onions, chopped One cup salted sunflower seeds One cup slivered almonds (or chopped pecans) Dressing: Place the following 4 ingredients in a tight container and shake. Pour over slaw 30 minutes prior to serving: Two season packets from noodle package 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil 1/2 cup vinegar If you want to add chicken: Saute the following in two tablespoonfuls olive oil: 8-10 chicken tenderloins Garlic salt to taste Onion powder to taste Lemon Pepper to taste Cut cooked chicken into bite sized pieces and lay on top of salad.
